District Manager
Experienced District Manager is needed for an established Asian quick serve restaurant concept that is re-branding and has dramatic growth plans.
The right candidate could be our next Director of Operations.
Requirements:
Live within the district or live in SoCal and be willing to move to within the district.
At least two years managing at least six QSR units - Asian food is a plus (full service might not be a fit without QSR also in background).
A strong leader and strong communicator.
A history of developing people and driving results with energy and enthusiasm.
Ability and willingness to work shoulder to shoulder with GM's who must be hands-on managers - a roll up the sleeves, hands-on mentality.
Basic cooking experience in full service or QSR using a flattop grill, fryers, rice cooker.
Knowledgeable about and able to train and enforce safety practices.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
