Sales Representative
Brush Buddies USA is a supplier of innovative oral care products to Dental Professionals nationwide. We are searching for an Inside Sales Associate to build our dental business. Individual will be responsible to build relationships with accounts and maintain them.
Our talkin', singin' and poppin' toothbrushes make brushing fun and dentists profitable. Additional oral care products give us a variety of one-of-a-kind products and offerings that set us apart from the competition.
Requirements:
Make outbound calls, average 150 - 200 calls per day
Followup with existing customers
Followup on orders customers have placed
An outgoing, SALES-driven personality and competitive nature
Ability to accurately and efficiently perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced sales environment
Ability to work closely with other team members
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills a MUST, both via telephone and in person
Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve and succeed
Excellent typing skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Quickbooks experience is a plus
CRM experience such as Salesforce or ACT! is preferred
Responsibilities include:
Working closely with the sales team coordinating their activities
Helping them promote our unique oral care line to dental offices (email primarily)
Handling incoming customer calls
Processing purchase orders
Overseeing shipment orders (customs), domestically and internationally (we will train)
