Mortgage Loan Officer
Loan Officer and Sales Manager's :
You will have a Loan Officer Assistant , Company CRM at no cost , Hiring all over California !
o Meet licensing requirements through Federal & State regulations & Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
o Cultivates new mortgagee business, market services and promote the LeaderOne mortgage products. This includes the solicitation of residential first mortgages through contacts with Realtors, builders, and developers. Negotiates terms and conditions of loan with mortgagors.
o Ensures lending compliance with all origination procedures including LeaderOne policies and procedures and regulatory requirements, to include licensing requirements through Federal & State regulations & Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
o Independently monitor trends and developments in the local real estate market, as well as the changing rules and regulations pertaining to both private and government-insured mortgages.
o Represent LeaderOne in the community and related functions to identify, develop and promote additional business.
o Present seminars to general public and real estate agents to promote additional business and community outreach.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
