Various office and administrative duties, which may include handling accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fuel reconciliation, office supplies, billing, maintaining database and miscellaneous reporting.
Audit of logs and trip reports and other DOT reporting, maintain of files, customer service interaction, resolution of driver equipment requests and pallet tracking.
Maintenance and distribution of route books, daily interface with drivers, assist with driver coverage of vacation and overflow freight Involve Safety team as required by location Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements.
Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
Communicate with the customer any issues via email.
Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Must have 1 - 2 years of transportation/logistics work experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to be flexible and adjust to changing work priorities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with little supervision and in a team environment.
Attentive to details and able to meet deadlines.
Shift Details:
Monday - Friday 7:
00PM -6:
00AM Overtime & weekends as needed.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
