Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a File Clerk.
As a File Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing physical and electronic files, ensuring efficient retrieval and storage of documents.
This is an entry-level position that offers an opportunity to gain experience in a professional office environment.
Duties:
- Sort and categorize documents for filing - Create and maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic - Ensure accurate and timely filing of documents - Retrieve files as requested by staff members - Scan and digitize paper documents for electronic storage - Assist with data entry tasks as needed - Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in data entry and computer literacy - Familiarity with Google Suite or similar software applications - Previous experience as a personal assistant, dental receptionist, medical receptionist, or in a clerical role is a plus - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Familiarity with medical office procedures is beneficial This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
