Serves in the Support Services Ministry by providing clerical and administrative support in the office.
Provides leadership to our Support Members within Serving Central, responsible for obtaining projects from all ministries, maintaining and inspecting all projects to be completed within Serving Central, provides quality assurance on all projects prior to returning to the ministry, and ensures projects are returned to the ministry on time.
Serves, directly interfaces and supports the ministries within WOL as they partner with and utilize Serving Central.
Provide administrative support for the Water of Life Administration office through the performance of administrative and clerical duties which include, but are not limited to, copying, filing, data entry, word processing, scheduling, ordering, inventory control, providing back-up support to other Support Service staff (including answering incoming phone calls), compiling, transporting and distributing information to the various WOL campuses for weekly campus set up, compiling and maintaining a current guidebook related to the position of Administrative Clerk.
May prepare material for ministries using a variety of methods, including Word and Excel.
Coordinate Serving Central by assisting in recruitment and development of ministry support members; scheduling, assigning and facilitating Serving Central activities and projects; provide direction, support and encouragement to team members; establish reasonable timeframes for completion of Serving Central projects and ensure all needed project materials are provided and/or available in order to complete specific projects.
Display knowledge and proficiency in the operation and minor maintenance of various types of office equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot as equipment issues arise and/or order equipment repairs as needed.
Is the contact person for equipment representatives, repair personnel, as well as vendors and delivery personnel.
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the kitchen, common areas, and copy room.
