- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents - Assist with project coordination by organizing and maintaining project files, schedules, and deadlines - Utilize Google Suite to create and update spreadsheets, documents, and presentations - Provide personal assistant support to executives or managers as needed - Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors - Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently - Assist with administrative tasks in a medical or dental office setting - Provide excellent customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing inquiries Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is a plus We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
