Automotive Sales Guard
Job DescriptionAs a part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Sales Guard to join our team at LKQ! As a Sales Guard, you will be responsible for providing security and inspection for all vehicles entering or leaving the company property.
To excel in this position, you must be able to multitask, communicate well with others, and be very organized in tasks.
The ideal candidate needs to be very goal orientated and willing to work at a very fast pace while maintaining the quality and accuracy outlined in the job expectations.

Direct, verify, inspect, and record on the daily record (log) all incoming/outgoing customer/employee vehicles to ensure all parts are invoiced and paid Handle incoming parts and returns and ensure they are matched to the paperwork and directed to the appropriate salesperson for action Monitor the work areas using security cameras and immediately address any security situations with management.
Abide by the Company Policies such as attendance, safety, processes, teamwork, training, etc.
Assumes all other duties as assigned Pay Rate:

High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
Strong customer service background.
Bilingual/Spanish speaking Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction.
Some lifting of up to 75 lbs.
You must also work well as part of a team and be willing to work long hours when necessary.
It is also important that you display a positive, helpful demeanor, and a commitment to providing the best in customer service.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, as well as an office environment.
The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat.
The noise level in the work environment is moderately loud.
Should be able to tolerate high and low temperature levels and occasional inclement driving conditions.
