Job Description:
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision and management of warehouse employees.
The supervisor will ensure that the warehouse complies with company policies and procedures as well as with applicable laws and regulations.
The supervisor will also ensure that employees are performing their job duties in a safe manner and with minimal risk to the company's products and/or customers.
Responsibilities:
Train and manage warehouse staff in safety, efficiency, customer service, and all other aspects of warehouse operations Supervise the work of all warehouse staff, ensuring that products are handled correctly at all times Recognize and delegate tasks to warehouse staff so that they are doing their job properly Ensure that products are processed properly at all times Ensure that all warehouse equipment is in good working order and is maintained regularly (i.
e.
, forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyor jacks) Ensure that employees are following safety guidelines at all times Maintain a clean and orderly work environment Follow up on any issues or problems reported by customers or other employees by contacting appropriate parties (i.
e.
, company supervisor, quality control personnel, etc.
) Complete required paperwork as required.
Report any concerns or issues to their supervisor immediately.
Participate in continuous improvement activities Forklift Certified Skills & Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, reach, push/pull, kneel, and stand for long periods of time.
Must also be able to climb ladders and walk in a non-stop environment.
Must be able to work in a non-airy environment; including hot & cold temperatures.
Must be able to work under normal weather conditions for the duration of the shift.
Must have good attendance record and be reliable employee.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
