Job Summary Contact customers for payment on past due accounts Process credit applications, run Experian reports and send out references New customer set up and account maintenance Process credit memos to customers' accounts after compilation of back-up support and approval Ensure compliance with all standard accounting polices and SOX requirements Respond to customer inquiries and research/resolve outstanding billing issues timely Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the financial integrity of accounts receivable accounts Processes and monitors customer shipments for lien waivers Prepares correspondence necessary to protect Oldcastle Pacific lien rights Monitor credit holds Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers Improve receivable turnover through efficient collection follow-up, while maintaining customer relationships Analyze pay practices of customers and recommend action on delinquent accounts Communicate with Customer Service, Sales, Dispatchers to handle customer requests Assist in the month-end closing process Other duties as assigned Requirements High School diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 5
