We are currently seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team.
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with new ground up construction multifamily development.
This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites - Load and unload materials and equipment - Operate hand and power tools under supervision - Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and installing materials - Assist with concrete pouring and finishing - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area - Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in construction or related field preferred - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks - Basic knowledge of hand and power tools - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment - Valid driver's license preferred Note:
