As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
This is a full-time position in a busy office environment.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Verify insurance information and collect necessary paperwork - Maintain patient records and update medical information using electronic systems such as Open Dental - Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow - Handle administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality - Assist with billing and insurance claims as needed -VERIFY INSURANCE PPO - VERIFYMEDICAL ELIGIBILITY -CHECK ELIGIBILITY -PATIENT'S INSURANCE AN COPAY, ETC -BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH
Qualifications:
